What is recorded here

Standing stone in Tullagh (carbery East (w.d) By.) stands one and a half metres tall on a SW-facing slope in County Cork, its subrectangular body aligned NNE-SSW. It may have marked a boundary, a burial or a prayer, but no human name survives to claim it. The stone still occupies the slope, waiting for someone to remember why it was set there.
