St. Patricks Church (in ruins)

In NE corner of a rectangular graveyard (GA040-013003-) about mid-point along the island and c. 150m SW of landing place. Conserved E. Chr. church comprising a nave (E-W; L 5.5m, Wth 3.65m) with later chancel (L 3.5m, Wth 2.55m) at E end. There is a trabeate door in W wall and robbed window in E. One of the cross-inscribed pillars (see also GA040-013009- and GA040-013010-), famed for its 6-7th-C inscription to Luguaedon (GA040-013002-), stands in SW corner of the graveyard.
