St Mary's Well, near the Chapel of Garioch, is traditionally associated with St Mary and was used for healing and spiritual purposes. Local folklore suggests that the well was visited for curing ailments, particularly those related to the eyes, and was likely a site of pilgrimage during the medieval period.
