St Elenud's (or Eluned's) Chapel and Well is associated with Saint Eluned, a 6th-century Welsh saint and nun, who is said to have founded a nunnery at Llanddulas. The well is traditionally linked to healing miracles and was historically visited for its curative waters, particularly for eye ailments.
