St Donan's Well, Charlesfield

St Donan's Well is associated with St Donan, a 6th-century Irish monk and missionary linked to the Pictish region of Scotland. Traditionally, the well was believed to have healing properties, particularly for eye ailments, and was a site of pilgrimage and local Christian devotion.
