SMS S52 was a German World War I destroyer scuttled in Scapa Flow on 21 June 1919 during the internment of the German High Seas Fleet. It sank in Gutter Sound, and while no lives were lost, the wreck represents the broader historical event of the German fleet's scuttling, a significant moment in post-war naval history.
