Smailholm Church in the Scottish Borders is traditionally associated with St Cuthbert and is believed to have been an early Christian site, possibly a cell church linked to Lindisfarne. The church is also connected to the legend of the "Smailholm Treasures," including a 7th-century stone cross and other relics, which were hidden during the Reformation and later rediscovered.
