What is recorded here
Cordangan Castle has vanished into thick briars above the River Ara, denying even the memory of its walls. What remains is a pasture trap, hiding a castle that refuses to be seen. The land keeps its secret in thorns, waiting for patience rather than tools.
In pasture, on elevated ground just above S-bank of the River Ara. Not visible at ground level. Area covered in large, thick clumps of briars.
