Sir Peregrine

Wreck

What is recorded here

The National Monuments Record of Wales records Sir Peregrine as Wreck from the Ôl-ganoloesol period. The saved point comes from the official national record. Inclusion does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
The *Sir Peregrine* was a 17th-century merchant vessel that was lost off the coast of Wales during a storm in 1630. It carried a cargo of textiles and timber, and while no lives were reported lost, the wreck is significant as an example of early modern trade routes and shipbuilding techniques in the region.

The historic-place record does not grant public access. Check current conditions and ownership before entering land or a building.
