Detached three-bay single-storey lodge, c.1820. Now disused and part derelict. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Now boarded-up. Square-headed door opening. Now boarded up. Set in grounds shared with Sion Hill House.

This lodge, although now disused, retains most of its original form and character, and, forming an integral component of the Sion Hill House estate, contributes to the historic appeal of the site.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
