Farmyard complex, extant 1839, including (east): Detached nine-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic on a rectangular plan. Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on slate flagged eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble limestone walls. Elliptical-headed central carriageway with hammered limestone voussoirs. Series of elliptical-headed flanking carriageways with hammered limestone voussoirs. Square-headed window openings (half-attic) with timber lintels framing timber fittings. Set in grounds shared with Silverspring House.
A farmyard complex contributing positively to the group and setting values of the Silverspring House estate.
