Siege of Berwick (1318) is a major battle site with a checked map point.
English forces under King Edward II besieged Berwick, which was held by Scottish forces under Robert the Bruce, in 1318. The Scottish successfully defended the town, repelling the English and securing a strategic victory that bolstered Scottish morale and control in the ongoing Wars of Scottish Independence.
