Terraced three-bay three-storey house-over-shop, built c.1830, with recent timber shopfront and integral carriage arch. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack, cast-iron downpipe, and replacement guttering. Ruled and lined rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted margin surrounds and mainly one-over-one pane horned timber sliding sash windows, and painted sills, with replacement uPVC windows to end bays of top floor.

This building, one of the more intact on the street, is enhanced by the retention of timber sash windows. Its carriage arch also makes the building typical of Irish provincial towns.
