In rough pasture, on a SE-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Glanmore River. A D-shaped area (4.5m NW-SE) defined by a crudely built, curving drystone wall (T 0.45m; H 0.75m at E) NE-W and by a straight NW side (L 8.9m), formed by the vertical face of outcropping rock. The interior is uneven and slopes down to the S. The wall incorporates some outcropping rock at SE and a boulder at E. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
