Sir Lord Oliver Russell GCSI GCIE, also known as Lord Ampthill, was a prominent British nobleman and Pro Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England; he laid the cornerstone for the rebuilt Shakespeare Memorial Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon on July 2, 1929.
