Detached five-bay two-storey former school, built 1835, with pair of porches to gables. Now in use as house with later extension to rear (west). Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with recessed window bands. Square-headed openings with paired two-over-two timber sliding sash windows to front. Pointed-arch openings with eight-over-eight timber sliding sash windows to gables. Concrete sills throughout. Square-headed recessed central door opening with recent timber panelled door, sidelights, and overlight. Recent split concrete block boundary walls and piers and wrought-iron gate to front.
