What is recorded here

Limestone kerbstones, laid c.1780.
These tooled limestone kerbstones are a notable addition to the streetscape. Limestone kerbs and pavings are increasingly threatened by concrete replacement throughout Ireland. These kerbstones follow the sweep of the curved walls at the entrance to Saint Columba's Church (Kells) and contribute to the setting of the gates and church.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
