Mnemo dropped the camera and watched the tunnel mouth swallow light. She wanted to leave, but the chamber wanted her to see, so she stepped inside. The floor was smooth and warm, and each footprint filled with gold before disappearing. When she emerged, the cliff had vanished and the castle stood complete on the water.
