Ryan Burnett

Belfast birthplace of Ryan Burnett, middle brother of three, trained at Kronk Gym then Holy Family Boxing Club where rival backgrounds shared one canvas. He won Youth Olympics gold in Singapore and later united bantamweight titles, carrying a small body and a large appetite for danger. The city gave him rooms full of music, pain and witness; he gave the city a name that could be spoken without apology.
