Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered eaves course, chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflight. Rusticated lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills to front elevation, having incised voussoirs and vermiculated rendered keystones with two-over-two and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Cast-iron sill guard to ground floor window opening. Square-headed door opening having raised rendered surround with chamfered reveals and timber panelled door with overlight, surmounted by incised voussoirs and vermiculated rendered keystone.

This modest house is one of two similarly designed buildings located at the end of a long terrace of houses. Its façade has been enlivened by render details including rusticated lined-and-ruled rendered walls and vermiculated keystones. The retention of historic features including sash windows and fine panelled timber door further enhance the building's contribution to the streetscape.
