Detached three-bay two-storey house over basement, built c. 1860, having gabled and canted end-bay to west and projecting central porch with canopy. Recessed single-bay single-storey carriage arch to west elevation. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls having render plinth course. Camber-headed openings, all with replacement uPVC windows and painted sills. Round-headed openings to ground floor, canted end-bay having replacement uPVC windows. Entrance comprising round-headed opening having render surround with foliate consoles, overlight and replacement uPVC door. Rendered boundary walls with square-profile piers and timber single-leaf gate.
