The Korean War Memorial honours Australian service personnel who fought in the Korean War (1950–1953), particularly those from the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment. It serves as a reminder of Australia's involvement in the United Nations-led intervention to repel North Korean forces and support South Korea.
