In rough hill pasture, overlooking Lough Inchiquin. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2m) enclosed by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.4m) which protrudes above the surface of the bog. Loose stones are scattered within the interior and on the downslope externally. An enclosure (KE101-063001-) lies 6m to the N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
