Structure

Two pieces of heavy birch brushwood in opposing drain faces (Wth 0.2m; D 0.1m). They are 0.1m apart and sit in well-humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1996. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
