Detached four-bay two-storey warehouse with attic storey, built c.1880, having single-bay single-storey addition to west gable, and two-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to east end of rear (south) elevation. Single-storey to rear elevation. Now in use as outbuilding. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, clay ridge tiles and with roof-lights to rear. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to extension to west gable, barrel-shaped corrugated-iron roof to extension to rear. Rubble stone walls. Timber-framed metal nameplate over door to front elevation reading 'Drogheda...' Break to front indicating two phase construction. Square-headed window openings to front having red brick surrounds and timber casement windows, six-over-six pane timber sliding sash window to ground floor. Elliptical carriage arches with single-leaf timber battened sliding doors with cast-iron wheels to front elevation. Square-headed door openings to rear with timber battened door, one having red brick surround and double-leaf door.
