What is recorded here
Marian and Dominic crossed the valley at dawn, not to watch the ceremony but to stop it. They had followed the woman from the border town, through three counties, past every guard the church could field. Her name was Liadan, and she carried no weapon except a child born without a shadow. The cathedral wanted that child dead before the moon turned. Marian wanted to know what the church was afraid of.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
