RATH in Tullyconnaught

RATH

What is recorded here

Mortars and ladders built the edge of the sky, not a wall around a field. The chamber leaned into the storm, and every living thing inside leaned back. Tomasa remembered the floor as a rope and the ceiling as a drum. When the chamber exhaled, the whole city moved one finger.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as RATH. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
