Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1850, with extension to side. Set within its own grounds. Hipped slate roof with ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered plinth, quoins and eaves course. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Recessed round-headed door opening with Doric pilasters flanking replacement timber door surmounted by fanlight. Yellow brick outbuilding with corrugated roof to rear.
This fine detached house with hipped slate roof, timber sash windows and recessed door brings character to the streetscape. Set in its own pleasing grounds the most striking feature of this house is its central Doric pilastered entrance with fanlight.
