Pair of semi-detached two-bay two-storey former houses, built c.1880, with central integral carriage arch flanked by entrance bays, now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Exposed squared walls with dressed limestone quoins. Dressed limestone and sills to timber sash windows. Dressed limestone round-headed door openings and carriage arch.

This pair of former houses make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape, due to the fine execution of the masonry, which articulates the form of the buildings. The central integral carriage arch and flanking doorcases are interesting features of this pair.
