Pair of semi-detached two-bay two-storey houses, built c.1930 with pedimented canted bay windows. Hipped pantile roof with red brick chimneystacks. Red brick walls. Timber sash windows with some stone sills. Segmental-arched porch opening with moulded brick to voussoirs, having recessed glazed timber doors with side and top lights. Cast-iron railings and gates to site.

This pair of houses are representative of domestic architectural design in the first half of the twentieth century in Ireland. The regular form of the pair is enlivened by the pedimented canted bay windows, and by the recessed porches. The pair retain many original features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and glazed timber doors.
