Inscribed slab in Toureen is an inscribed slab in Toureen, County Tipperary, Ireland. Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 260-61) recorded it as a small fragment, about 0.08 metres high and 0.125 metres wide, with a fragmentary incised text taking up most of the visible face. The stone is currently incorporated into the interior east wall of St Peakaun's church.

This stone is currently incorporated into the interior E wall of St Peakaun's church (TS075-023001-). It is described by Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 260-61) as a small slab (H c. 0.08m; Wth c. 0.125m; T c. 0.01m visible) and is 'a fragment of a slab of unknown form. A fragmentary text is incised on the visible face, taking up most of the existing piece of stone'. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 21 (ibid.).
