Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched farmhouse, extant 1838. Extensively renovated, 1998, to accommodate occasional use. Replacement pitched reed thatch roof with exposed lattice stretchers to raised ridge having exposed scallops, cement rendered chimney stack having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and concrete coping to gables. Replacement cement rendered battered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed opposing door openings with rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing replacement timber panelled doors. Set in landscaped grounds on a slightly elevated site.
