What is recorded here

On the S face of a hill in low-lying pastureland. Named ‘Tobermacduagh’ on the 1838 and 1920 editions of the 6-inch OS maps. This natural spring well is defined on the downslope side by a collapsed drystone wall. There is a pond immediately to its S and an ‘Altar’ (GA125-126001-) lies c. 3m to the N.
