This blue commemorative plaque records: Plaza. Opened 1931 as Romsey's only purpose built cinema. Became a bingo hall in the 1970's. Converted to a theatre 1982-83 by RAODS. The first show was Jack and The Beanstalk. Recorded plaque organisation: The Romsey and District Preservation Society.
