Termons holds a small grave-site named by Capt. D.B. O'Connell in October 1937, though its exact spot has slipped from local memory. The naming suggests death, burial and remembrance belonged there before the place itself disappeared from practical knowledge.

In a letter to H.G. Leask (OPW), dated 30 October 1937, Capt. D.B. O'Connell mentions a 'small grave-site' (SMR file). This possible burial has not been precisely located.
