Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and pitted rendered keystones throughout having uPVC casement windows. Render shopfront comprising stall risers, chamfered plinths and pilasters surmounted by consoles, architrave, frieze and corbelled cornice. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills having fixed timber-framed display windows. Recessed square-headed door opening with double-leaf glazed timber doors and overlight giving access to restaurant. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door with brass door furniture, overlight and limestone stepped approach giving access to accommodation.

Located on a prominent corner site, this fine former house with its well-executed symmetrical façade, makes a notable contribution to the streetscape.
