Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay three-storey former house, built c.1820, now in use as public house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed windows with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to second floor, replacement uPVC windows to first floor. Recent shopfront to ground floor.

Though some historic fabric has been replaced, this former house is of a similar scale and proportion to many of the buildings in the town's historic core, and remains an integral part of the terrace. Set on a corner site, it occupies a prominent position in the streetscape. It wide eaves, lined-and-ruled render and timber sliding sash windows add to its traditional character.
