Pair of semi-detached four-bay three-storey houses over basements and with dormer attics, built c.1820, now converted into single building to accommodate use as apartments. End two-bays recessed. Hipped artificial slate roof with parapet wall to south elevation and recent dormer windows. Rendered walls with moulded render string course between basement and first floor and to central bays at eaves level. Square-headed window openings having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows with painted sills. Recent porch extension to rear elevation with copper surround and roof and timber panelled door.

A pair of houses, which in common with contemporary houses in this prosperous suburb, was orientated to the south to maximize light and views over the River Lee. Appearing relatively modest in scale on the street front, its full size can only be appreciated when viewed from the south side of the river. Though recently converted to apartment use, it retains noteworthy features including timber sliding sash windows and some interior fittings.
