What is recorded here

A deposit of brushwood and twigs (Wth 1.6m; D 0.3m) in opposing drain faces. The wood is concentrated in a band (Wth 0.8m) and is up to five elements deep, with the twigs concentrated on the SW side. The wood is in good condition and both chisel and wedge points are noted. This material is set within poorly humified Sphagnum and Eriophorum peat. The site is located near SMR WM039-028---- and SMR WM039-114----, 1.6m and 3.1m to the SW, respectively. Date of upload: 09 August 2013
