What is recorded here
Two stakes (L 0.3-0.375m; diam. 0.035m) exposed in the face of a drain driven in at an angle of 65°, one above the other. Both had carefully trimmed pencil points at their ends with a small number of shallow tool facets visible. The upper ends of both were broken.
