A roundwood (L 1.2m min.; diam. 0.1m) in the peat face of a private bog adjacent to the Bord na Móna bog. A piece of heavy brushwood is situated c. 0.6m above it but the two elements are unrelated. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1998. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
