Detached six-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820. L-plan, single-storey flat-roofed conservatory to west elevation, gable-fronted entrance porch to south elevation, c. 1970. Pitched slate roof, hipped to west, clay ridge and hip tiles, red brick chimneystacks, metal rainwater goods. Painted roughcast-rendered walling, painted smooth rendered quoins, plinth and entrance porch. Square-headed window openings, smooth rendered reveals, painted stone sills, painted timber two-over-two sliding sash windows, painted timber tripartite windows to west elevation, uPVC casements to north extension. Square-headed door opening to porch with overlight, sidelights and painted timber panelled door c. 1970. Single- and two-storey outbuildings c. 1800-1900 to east, pitched slate roofs, painted roughcast-rendered walling, square-headed openings. House set back from road at end of private lane and surrounded by mature farmland.
