Standing stone in Kilmovee

Standing stone

Why this matters

Likely dating to the Neolithic or early Bronze Age, this standing stone may have had ceremonial or territorial significance. Its orientation and smoothed faces suggest possible ritual use or alignment with solar or seasonal events, though local folklore is not recorded.
