Longhill

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Longhill as Burial Cairn (bronze Age), Chambered Cairn (neolithic)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Chambered cairn, possibly Neolithic in origin, with later Bronze Age use. Its significance lies in reflecting the continuity of burial practices and ritual landscape use in prehistoric Scotland.
