Beorgs of Uyea

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Beorgs of Uyea as Chambered Cairn (neolithic). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn; dates to the early to middle Neolithic period (circa 3500–2500 BCE). It is significant as part of a broader network of megalithic monuments in the Orkney Islands, reflecting early communal burial and ritual practices in northern Scotland.
