This blue commemorative plaque records: Sir Nathaniel Creswick KCB, 31st July 1831 -20th October 1917, co-founder of Sheffield fc 1857, His solicitor's office was located here. Creswick used these Offices to support the development and administration of the world's first and oldest football club. Local pioneers gathered here to discuss innovations which helped to shape the evolution of modern football Recorded plaque organisation: Sheffield Home of Football.
