What is recorded here

Dreva is a medieval tower house in the Scottish Borders, built to tower above the surrounding land and warn or protect whoever controlled it. Its stones may have shaken during border raids, held families through winter storms, or watched ordinary life pass below. The exact chamber is no longer visible, but the name and location preserve the shape of a small violent world where height meant survival.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Dreva as Tower House (medieval). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
