Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c.1830, having shopfront to front (south) elevation. Pitched slate roof having overhanging eaves, with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sills, incised voussoirs and uPVC windows. Timber shopfront comprising fluted Doric columns surmounted by timber fascia and cornice. Square-headed window opening with timber-framed display window over painted render stall riser. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door having spoked timber fanlight, leading to inner hallway.

The scale and form of this building is in keeping with the fine historic terrace of which it is an integral part. The historic shopfront adds much character to the streetscape, and is of a design which is similar to that of the adjoining building to the east.
