Detached five-bay two-storey rubble stone former school, dated 1830, with round-headed door opening to centre and door opening to first floor to south approached by flight of steps. Now in residential use. Hipped roof with slate. Concrete ridge tiles. No chimney stacks. No rainwater goods on eaves course. Coursed squared rubble stone walls. Cut-stone date stone. Square-headed window openings. Stone sills. Red brick surrounds. Timber casement windows (some possibly replacement). Round-headed door opening. Cut-stone Gibbsian surround. Timber panelled door. Spoked fanlight. Set back from road in own grounds.Gateway, c.1830, to west comprising rendered piers with iron gates having rubble stone flanking boundary wall.
