Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Rover Upper, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular grass-covered area 28m across on a terrace towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of Kilronan Mountain. The perimeter forms a slight bank at S and a scarp elsewhere, while a shallow fosse runs NW-NE and appears as a band of rushes S-W. A NNE-SSW field bank truncates the fosse W-NW, and no entrance is visible.
On a terrace towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of Kilronan Mountain, and overlooking the N-S Arigna stream which is c. 150m to the E. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 28m) defined by a slight bank (Wth 4.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.6m) at S and a scarp (H 0.7m generlly to 1.2m at E) elsewhere. There is a fosse (Wth of top 4.5m; D 0.2m) NW-NE, which is represented by a band of rushes (Wth 3m) S-W and which is truncated by a NNE-SSW field bank W-NW.
